Paying all invoices according to agreed upon terms. Should an invoice remain unpaid beyond the agreed upon terms, a service charge of 2 % per month will be charged.

Vendor resistance: If a vendor approaches you with a lower cost, you must direct him to Summit Solutions as your agent. The fact is that if he is willing to provide you with a lower cost on your volume, he should be willing to provide Summit Solutions with even a lower cost, because our volume is so much greater.
